Pregnancy body work to support and relieve the journey to motherhood. Designed to help with each mother's unique needs for her body by balancing her hips, back, legs, and shoulders. Utilizing side-lying positioning and various techniques to relieve the stress of pregnancy through each trimester, as well as the postnatal period.

Kinesio Taping
Using Kinesio Tape to stabilize and support joints, muscles, or movement patterns, which helps in healing while allowing unrestricted joint mobility. Kinesio Tape is also sweatproof and waterproof to hold for days and up to weeks, depending on which area is taped.

Customized bodywork for children or infants to help with specific needs such as stride, digestive problems, ear infections, injuries, birth-trauma, dental, and other health-related issues.
